When you send an enquiry, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, travel dates, number of travellers, activities you are interested in, and your message. You may include information about other travellers, including children, or health, allergy or accessibility details relevant to an activity.
Our website host and service providers may process technical information, such as your IP address, browser and the time of a visit, to operate and protect the website.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to enquiries, prepare travel suggestions or quotes, arrange requested activities and transfers, operate and protect the website, and meet applicable legal or business record-keeping requirements. Enquiry form messages are sent to our business email. Contact Form 7 does not itself store form submissions on this website.
We do not send promotional or marketing emails. We use email to respond to enquiries and communicate about services you request.
When we share information
We share information with an activity, accommodation or transport provider when needed to respond to your request or arrange your trip. Depending on your itinerary, a provider may be in Zimbabwe, Zambia or Botswana. We may also disclose information when required by law.
We use Hostinger for website hosting and email services. Service providers may process or store information in locations outside Zimbabwe. The exact Hostinger server region has not yet been confirmed.
Health information and children
Please share health, allergy or accessibility information only when relevant to an activity. We use it for activity suitability or safety, and share it with a relevant provider only when needed for that purpose. We may ask for separate consent before using this information. A parent or guardian should provide information about a child travelling with them.
Cookies and tracking
Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and Google Ads tracking are planned but are not active on the current local version of the website. We plan to add a cookie-consent banner before enabling them. Before they go live, we will update this policy with details about the tools and their cookies.
Videos are hosted on our website, and we do not currently embed maps. We may add a link to our Google Maps listing after setting up our Google Business Profile. A WhatsApp button is also planned; it will open a chat only after you click it. These services have their own privacy practices.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry and booking information for as long as needed to respond, arrange services and meet applicable legal or business record-keeping requirements.

You may contact us to ask about the personal information we hold, request a correction, or raise an objection or concern. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.
